At Grosri.co.uk, operated by SAARU RETAIL IN LTD, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. This policy explains how you can return products, request refunds, and handle damaged or defective items.

1. Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@grosri.co.uk or call +44 7767 991924. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Returns

• Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
• Perishable items, including rice, flour, and other food products, can only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Healthcare and hygiene products are eligible for return only if unopened and in original packaging.
• Customers are encouraged to inspect items immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except if the return is due to defective or incorrect items.
• Partial refunds may be issued if items are returned damaged, used, or missing parts.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at info@grosri.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, return it following our returns process and place a new order.

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
• Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
